What we believe

Who's behind this
RŌG Health was founded by Ryan Roghaar.
Before RŌG Health, Ryan spent more than 20 years running R2, a marketing, design, and technology firm. For five years that practice included Scientia Vascular, as strategic and creative partner and agency of record. Scientia was acquired by Medtronic in 2026 for $550 million.
RŌG Health is the deliberate pivot of that practice into medical devices: twenty years of positioning and launch work, pointed at the industry where getting the story right matters most.
The work runs on a bench of specialists Ryan has worked with for years: designers, writers, developers, medical illustrators and animators.
